The raw material inspection results are regularly summarized, analyzed and reviewed as a basis for supplier selection and evaluation.

In order to ensure that the steel pipes we produce meet customer requirements, we regularly inspect, check and supervise the key control points of the production process, and regularly confirm special processes to ensure that each process meets the process control criteria. The key characteristics of the product are checked by dedicated process inspectors and testers, including flattening test, water pressure test, non-destructive testing, physical and chemical testing, dimensional inspection, appearance inspection, etc., to ensure that the product meets the steel pipe acceptance criteria.

After the steel pipe is produced, we will coat the surface of the steel pipe according to customer requirements, including: black paint, varnish, anti-rust oil, etc. These materials ensure that the steel pipe has a short-term anti-rust effect during transportation.
In order to ensure the traceability of the steel pipe, each steel pipe is marked with a unique pipe number or barcode during the production process. After the final coating (if necessary), according to customer and standard requirements, the pipe body is sprayed with complete markings. Before the steel pipe is shipped, Lianzhong Steel Pipe's full-time technical personnel conduct a final integrity inspection according to product specifications and quality plan requirements, including: production and monitoring measurement equipment status, personnel, incoming material inspection, process inspection, final product inspection, packaging, spraying and other information are checked one by one to ensure that the product meets customer requirements. After passing the inspection, Lianzhong Steel Pipe's quality assurance department issues a product quality certificate based on each batch of shipped products.
